Terms and condition

1. General terms and condition of online sale of shoes.

We draw your attention to these terms and conditions which apply whenever you buy shoes from us online. 
This Website Is operated by YoYo Footwear Partnership a company registered in the Republic of Ireland with Company Number 530111. 
The copyright and other ownership rights in this Website and its contents including design, text, logos, trade names, graphics, software and other materials are owed by US or Our Licensors. 

2. Size guide

  • Take  an A4 size piece of paper. Draw a line straight up the centre of the sheet. Make sure the line is straight. Place the sheet of paper on the floor (Flat tiled or timber floor sellotape surface).
  • Place the sheet tight against a wall or skirting board. Stick the A4 sheet to the floor with sellotape/masking tape to stop the sheet moving while measuring. 
  • Place your child’s heel tight to the wall/skirting board and centre the heel and the big toe on the line. Mark in line with the longest toe. Always allow 0.3 to 0.5 centimetres extra to allow for a thicker sock and movement while walking.
  • Repeat with the other foot and mark the longest toe measurement.
  • Measure the distance from the skirting board/wall to the longest mark. Record the distance in centimetres.
  • Refer to the measurement chart on our website to allow you to size our shoes. Take your recorded measurement and match the measurement in cm to our chart. Now read across the chart and find the Euro/UK/Size measurement. This is your size.

3. Orders

You can select a product for purchase by clicking on the item which you are interested in, chose size and then clicking on "Add to Basket". You can review, change, amend, and remove the selected products from ‘Your basket’. You can then continue shopping and add to your basket if you wish or if you don't want to buy anything else, go straight to the next step. Once you have finished shopping, please select 'Checkout’ bu

 If you are an existing Customer and you have already logged in, the billing address details you have previously entered will now appear. If you are not logged in, or if this is your first visit, you will be asked to enter your billing address. You will then be asked to enter your delivery address. You have the option of selecting the same address as your billing address. You can also enter any promotional code which you may have and select delivery option. You must provide us with the correct address details. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure of delivery as a result of your failure to provide accurate address details.  You will have to tick ‘I have read and accept the terms and conditions’ and go to the next step. At this point you may review the delivery options and check the details very carefully as this is the final step of the ordering process. You can correct any mistakes or change the Goods which you want to Order. You can do this by returning to the home page and completing the process set out above again.  If you are happy with the details you have entered, you can proceed by clicking on "Order".

Once we have received confirmation that your payment has been authorised, a screen will appear, thanking you for’ Your Order’. You will be given an Order reference and an e-mail will be sent to you to acknowledge Your Order. It will confirm the Goods, price and any delivery charge. Print a copy of the Order acknowledgment and e-mail and keep them for your records. Please note, our acceptance of Your Order (regardless of the content of any emails we send you) will only take place on despatch of Your Order. 
We may refuse Your Order or cancel Your Order if we decide it is reasonable to do so which may include circumstances where:
-    We are unable to obtain authorised payment or the payment process is incomplete;
-    We identify a product or pricing error on the Website
-    You fail to meet any criteria for eligibility of purchase which We may impose from time to time
-    You fail to submit all necessary and relevant details to allow us to fulfill the Order
-    Goods are unavailable or out of stock

4. Payment

We only use secure payment gateways to process payments. Your credit card details are not stored on our database.  Payment can be made using any of the method listed on this web site and will be debited when we have accepted your offer of purchase. Transactions are processed securely by Sage Pay, please go to http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy for more information.
Prices and delivery charges are as published on the Website when We accept Your Order. Prices include VAT (if apply) and are in Euros. Delivery charges are shown separately. All applicable delivery charges are as stated on the Website at the time You place Your Order. The delivery charge for the Order is shown on the shopping basket page below Your chosen items. This means that if You order more than €50, there is no delivery charge for the additional items.
We may amend prices at any time. Where there is a difference between a price at the time the Order is made and when we ship Your Order, We will inform You by email or telephone and ask You if You wish to proceed. If you decline and for any reason payment has already been taken, it will be credited to Your credit or debit account.
Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and We may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige Us to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed. 
We must receive payment for the Goods in full before they are despatched.
We accept payment via Paypal and most major credit and debit cards including. You must only use a card if You are the named cardholder. By placing an Order, You confirm that You are the authorised cardholder. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation and security checks as well as authorisation by the card issuer and any additional terms imposed by the issuer. If the issuer does not authorise payment, We will not accept Your Order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5. Promotion

We enable you to our promotional codes from time to time. Any use by you of a promotional code in respect of an order shall only be permitted where used by the person for whom it is intended and for a single use.
Promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
There is no cash alternative available in respect of the promotional code.
We may withdraw the promotional codes at any time without notice.
Promotion codes cannot be used after the expiration date.
Promotional codes will only be accepted if submitted at the point of order. We will not subsequently apply a promotional code if the order is submitted without the promotional codes application. Please check your order thoroughly before placing to avoid disappointment.
Spend and Save - simply choose your offer and enter the code in to the promotion code box at the checkout, making sure your basket total reaches or exceeds the value threshold of the offer you have chosen before any delivery charge is added.

6. Delivery

All the shoes are subject to stock availability and when an order has been received, it will normally be dispatched within 24 hours, on rare occasions it could take 48 hours.
We use a variety of shipping methods, dependant on destination and weight of packed order. The shipping options suitable for your order will automatically show at checkout.  
Shipping costs vary depending on the size/weight of parcel. We make every effort to deliver goods within 3-5 working days, however, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescale. In the event that we are unable to supply the product, we will inform you as soon as possible. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid. 
For orders a contact phone number is required on the delivery detail. You may be asked to sign for the docket for the shoes to acknowledge that you have received them. When the packages have been collected from us an email or text message will be sent to the purchaser confirming the order has been shipped. When possible, we will also send the tracking number of your package. With this number you can go online and check where your parcel is at any time. 
Please note that if you wish to return under our approval guarantee, you have 14 days from receiving the shoes to return them to us. For future information on returns and exceptions to our home approved guarantee please see the “Returns” section. 

7. Return policy

You have a legal right to cancel the Contract for any reason at any time within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the day after You receive the Goods. This is the legal "cooling off period". If you simply want to exchange the Goods you have ordered, you must do so within 14 days of the day after You receive the Goods.
To cancel, you must tell us in writing, (including e-mail or by post) that you want to do so. You also must keep the goods in a reasonable condition with their original packaging, if possible, and send them back to Us as soon as possible but You must do so within 14 (fourteen) days after you received the Goods. We will refund the money due to You as soon as possible but by no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which You told Us that You wish to cancel. We will refund the full price of the returned Goods. If You cancel the Contract by telling Us in writing that You want to do so within the legal "cooling off period" (within seven working days of the day after You receive the Goods – see Clause 8.1 above), then We will also refund any standard delivery charge which You may have paid when We sent the Goods to You. Please note though that if you want to return only some items but keep the rest of Your Order, You may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge. If You cancel the Contract but only inform Us that You wish to do so after the seven day cooling off period, then We won't refund the delivery charge. In any event, if You have changed Your mind about Your Order, You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Us. From time to time, we may offer free returns options, please check the Website for further details.

8. Security and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of any information given to us in order for us to process your order. No personal data about customers will be passed to any third party, except to offer you the opportunity to purchase from us, to fulfil the delivery of the shoes to you, and if necessary to process credit card or debit card payments. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. 
Your privacy and confidence will be respected at all time. When you place an order we need to collect your name, address, e-mail and telephone number as well as details of the method by which you intend to pay for the shoes. This information allows us to process your offer and delivery. We may use your e-mail address to provide you with information on products, services, promotions and special offer when you have accepted ‘Newsletter’ box.
